Ace Ford

ACE Ford, a 5th generation dealership, located in historic Woodbury, New Jersey contacted Oliver Construction, Inc. to renovate their 28,000, SF 70 year old building. This was the first full renovation in the history of the facility. Oliver Construction, Inc. (OCI) engaged their architectural design partner, Styer & Associates, Inc. to implement the manufacturer’s brand package to the facility, thus being able to provide a design-build solution as the StyerGroup. Styer & Associates, Inc. provided the design and documentation that Oliver Construction, Inc. constructed and managed.

The 6 month long renovation included the entire facility encompassing the exterior of the building, as well as the interior Showroom, Offices, Mezzanine, Restrooms, Customer Lounge, Parts Department, Service Drive Through and Write Up Department. ACE Ford also added its very own designated “Quicklane.” The new 2,000 square foot Drive-Thru includes clinker tile for the Service Drive Through floor.

A new ACM front Entry Tower was constructed around the existing facility to assist in re-establishing the original entry from the 1940’s. Branding walls, new storefront glazing, and new finishes throughout the facility helped update this historic building to Ford’s current facility design requirements. Oliver Construction, Inc. insisted on saving a piece of ACE Ford’s history while transposing a 1920’s engraved marble dedication keystone into their new state of the art showroom floor. Styer & Associates, Inc. along with Oliver Construction, Inc. are proud to have assisted in this transformation of escalating ACE Ford to the forefront of the branded Dealerships.
