The Carfagno Chevrolet project consists of interior and exterior renovations to update the facility so that it conforms to the latest Chevrolet/GM brand standards. The Chevrolet Entry Element and metal panels installed along the building soffits around the front and sides of the showroom enhanced the exterior as part of the new imaging standard required. The customer locations were all completely updated on the interior including the showroom, customer lounge, service write-up, and retail parts areas to improve the Carfagno Chevrolet’s customer’s experience and support the GM dealership design requirements.

Phasing of the project allowed all aspects of the facility to remain operational as Oliver Construction worked in three phases to keep the process running smoothly.

Project Details

This design-build project included demolishing everything to the existing walls, all-custom millwork, doors, frames and fixtures, a multi-tiered ceiling, metallic automotive paint column covers, recessed base throughout, hardwood and granite floors, and curved walls — as part of the complete renovation process.
