Rich Achuff is the Vice President of Oliver Construction, Incorporated (OCI). Rich has managed many projects from the ground up to completion in addition to a handling numerous types of fit-outs and historical renovations. Project sizes have ranged from small projects through to medium and larger projects including project budgets in excess of $30 million. Rich specializes in facility construction within the healthcare, senior living, mixed-use, restaurant, education and automotive industries – and has acquired extensive experience in construction phasing, project management, budgeting, compliance and procurement while always working closely with clients throughout the project development process. Rich works throughout all phases of construction with clients as well as sub-contractors and architectural design teams including prior to ground-breaking, during the early conceptual phases of project development. Rich is always an invaluable asset when it comes to leading and coordinating construction teams, including working extensively with architects, contractors, and engineers. Rich primarily covers the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States for OCI support our clients across all major industries.
