Farmhouse Renovation
The homeowners of this historic property – a 1700’s main house with an addition as well as a 5,000 square foot pole barn on the property – approached OCI to assist in a second addition which would add family room space, study/work area, 2 bedrooms – one being the master suite, 3 bathrooms and a laundry room to this 2 bedroom home. OCI used the approved plans to meticulously implement the additions and finishes, working more like craftsmen than simply skilled contractors. Oliver Construction beautifully merged every detail of the new construction with the existing historic elements to create a seamless final result. OCI finished the project in budget and record time. The homeowners moved in to their new, dream property well in time for the holidays.
