Holman Car Wash & Detail Center

The Holman Car Wash and Detailing Center is a newly constructed 12,300 SF facility located at 108 E. Kings Highway in Maple Shade, NJ. Oliver Construction (OCI) built the Holman Car Wash & Detail Center as a ground-up facility, encompassing the entire scope of commercial construction requirements from inception to completion. This project consists of a two-tunnel car wash with vacuum prep area and a 10-bay detailing center (wet) with two locker rooms, two restrooms, rag/laundry storage, a break room and an office. The building is split-face CMU construction designed to match the color scheme of the owner’s nearby buildings.

The project includes minor site work around the building to accommodate the building and new utilities for the building and additional site lighting.  The work also includes a new 70 employee parking area, across Kings Highway, requiring landscaping, curbing, new asphalt, and underground retainage pond for the proper drainage.

As the Holman Automotive Group has relied on Oliver Construction for many projects in the past, this new car wash and detailing center was yet another polished, successful project across the Holman network that shined for Holman customers (literally!).
