Holman Ford Lincoln Maple Shade

With phasing out of the Saturn brand, Oliver Construction Inc. was brought in as the sole source for this design/build project of the new Ford Lincoln Dealership in Maple Shade, New Jersey. The new dealership includes the addition of a six bay service area as well as a complete facelift all standing on the 3.5 acre parcel. The contemporary, Fordland approved design incorporates a streamlined metal panel façade system, as well as fresh new interior finishes.

Oliver Construction, incorporated an underground storm water management system in order to maximize the space available on-site for vehicular display and inventory storage. By providing the turn-key services from design through construction, when the client was approached to purchase this facility by an outside source, Oliver Construction was quick to respond by refocusing the branding on a different location and building without missing a beat.

Project Details

This design-build project included demolishing everything to the existing walls, all-custom millwork, doors, frames and fixtures, a multi-tiered ceiling, metallic automotive paint column covers, recessed base throughout, hardwood and granite floors, and curved walls — as part of the complete renovation process.
