Lilliston Ford

Lilliston Ford had heard about Oliver Construction, Inc. by word of mouth and was fascinated with the design-build process that Oliver Construction, Inc. provided. They visited various projects that Oliver Construction, Inc. completed and were convinced this was the company to bring them to current standards. Located in Vineland, New Jersey, Lilliston Ford is a family owned and operated 32,000 SF facility.

This endeavor was the first full renovation in the history of the facility. Oliver Construction, Inc. engaged their architectural design partner, Styer & Associates, Inc. to implement the manufacturer’s brand package to the facility, thus being able to provide a design-build solution as the StyerGroup. Styer & Associates, Inc. provided the design and documentation that Oliver Construction, Inc. constructed and managed.

The 6 month renovation included the exterior of the building, as well as the interior Showroom, Offices, Restrooms, Customer Lounge, Lunch Room, Parts Department, Service Write Up Department and Drive Through. Structural renovations included relocating bearing walls and columns. A new ACM front Entry Tower was constructed along with new ACM branding walls, new storefront glazing, and new finishes throughout the facility. New Signage added the finishing touches to upgrade this facility to a new state of the art Dealership.
